59 Days – Start Again

When you finish something big what is your first inclination? Do you want to stop everything and take a while off? Do you want to keep working? Now that I am done with the Marathon, or at least in the recovery phase, it is challenging to imagine what I will do for the next fifty-nine days in terms of training.

Rather than lose all of the momentum I have built, I stick to my schedule and maintain the base that I have built up.

This time I am not training for a race, but for a long and healthy life.
